MORA Pilates – Polices & FAQs

The Waitlist

Each class offers up to 5 waitlist spots. Once these are filled, the class will be marked as fully booked. We encourage you to join the waitlist whenever it’s available – class availability often shifts throughout the week, and spots regularly open as schedules change.

By joining the waitlist , you’re indicating your intention to attend the class. If a space becomes available, you’ll be automatically added. If you’re waitlisted for multiple classes on the same day, we kindly ask that you manage your schedule by removing yourself from any classes you no longer wish to attend. This can be easily done through your booking account.

If you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start time, our standard late-cancellation and no-show policy applies. If you’re added within 12 hours of the class, you’ll have a 4-hour grace period to cancel without charge or deduction.

Late Entry

To ensure a safe, focused, and seamless experience for all clients, we allow a maximum of 5 minutes for late arrival. After this time, entry will no longer be permitted. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in, equipment set-up, and to discuss any injuries or modifications with your instructor

We do not offer refunds or extensions on Intro Passes. Your Pass must be activated within one month from purchase.
