Our Studio features three beautifully sunlit spaces, thoughtfully designed to elevate your movement experience.

Fully equipped Reformer studio, a private Reformer suite for one-on-one sessions, and a multi-purpose mat studio perfect for Mat Pilates, Barre, Stretching, and Yoga, all bathed in natural light and curated for comfort, focus, and flow.

KIDS PLAY AREA

Our studio features a dedicated Kids Play Area, thoughtfully designed to support mothers and caregivers who deserve a moment to return to themselves. Tucked gently within the studio setting, this calm and secure space gives little ones a place to play, read, or unwind, while you focus on you.
